Please read these terms and conditions carefully before booking your travels with vikrant.
1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing our website or booking tours through vikrant, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Booking & Payments
A deposit or full payment is required to confirm any reservation. Prices are listed in INR (₹) unless explicitly stated otherwise. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and adjust rates prior to full payment.
3. Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellations made 48 hours or more before scheduled departure qualify for a full refund. Cancellations made within 48 hours may incur administrative or non-refundable hotel partner charges.
4. Passports, Visas & Health
Travelers are responsible for ensuring that passports are valid for at least 6 months beyond the return date and for obtaining all required visas and health documentation before departure.
5. Limitation of Liability
vikrant acts as an agent for airlines, hotels, transport providers, and tour guides. We are not liable for personal injury, property loss, delays, or disruptions caused by acts of God, weather conditions, or airline cancellations.
